Childrens Discovery Museum

Wow did we luck out we saw a sign for this on our 2nd last day then we had a grampa talk to us in the pool and said it was a must see, his grand daughter thinks its the greatest, so we went and checked it out ourselves and it was so worth it!!!!

The Park

Max got to go test out his golf clubs at a near by park.

The Pool

Only a golf cart ride away and we were swimming!!! The boys we a hit every time we went to the pool they always made the grama & grampa's smile!!!!!

Peanut Butter & Jelly

Max & Grady's fav!!! Driving "Peanut Butter & Jelly", watching them drive was too much they were both so serious the first time we drove to the pool a lady was walking by and Max stuck out and waved and said hi as if he was retired living in the park......he's too much!!! Grady would yell at Mark every time he would touch the wheel..........even when it was parked the 2 of them would just sit there and pretend.......my men you gotta love them they are so cute it hurts.........made all those freak outs tolerable.

La Jolla

LOVE the GPS!!!! We typed in Children's Pool beach and it took us to even a great parking spot!!! This is where all of the pregnant seals as well as the ones with newborns hangout, so cool where we parked all you could see was alot of people starring down at the water you can't see anything else so when I got out and looked I couldn't believe it, it almost doesn't seem real!!! We got to hang out on the beaches on both sides of these lovely ladies both beaches were a hit!!! Ryder and Max I think would have chased waves forEVER, they'd go in & wait then scream and run out again and again and again, Max would bring us shells and then bury them in the sand???not sure why.......Grady just sat there and watched and played in the sand, they were both so content and so happy it was so incredible, the first ocean experience was better than I could have ever dreamed, I so wish my boys could have met Great Aunt Dorothy and she could have took them into her back yard (lucky lady it was in Nanimo) and she could have taught them everything!!!! Those boys would have hung on her every word plus she was always such a calm spoken lady she could have been my ocean side baby whisperer............Nan would have been there to make sure we were all safe and sound (worrying about the boys the whole time they were near the ocean!!)............Grady and Max might have been a bit much for my dear old Nan, I really think she'd get a kick out of Grady's slap shot..........she would love that they love being read to, the only time usually during the day that they are the way they were on the beach.................perfect!

San Diego Zoo

The biggest Zoo in the world, no kidding I can't believe how sore I was from walking around that place!!! (Its too big) I am on the road to conquering my fear of heights, I don't want the boys to have that so I went on the stupid gondala that goes across the Zoo, yes it was very beautiful but wow, I was freakin out!!!!!!!!! So I went to the top of the Calgary tower and stood on the stupid glass and looked down (almost puked) in November and now the stupid Zoo ride, I think Im doing very well!!!! All in all it was a very good time!!!! I'm very sure we missed ALOT but it's just way to big to do in a day!!! Also the beach was screaming our names!!!!
