The boys helped get the house ready for Christmas, we made cards for everyday of December so that we could count down for Santa, we drank alot of hot chocolate and wrapped alot of presents! We got to see "Arthur Christmas" it was the BEST!!!! Everyone must see it!!! The boys had their Christmas concerts which were fantastic! Vickers school got to use the Rawlinson theatre this year so it was very big deal!!!
Our Christmas celebration started on the 18th at Nana's then the radio station on the morning of the 23rd for the morning show even Nora had a chance with the mic, Christmas eve brunch at our house then a party at Aunty Carole's and uncle Randy's then home to put out cookies and milk for Santa. Grady was the first to wake up and when he came into our room we asked if he wanted to go see if Santa had come he said he was too tired??????? I asked again and nothing???? I didn't think that was normal for a 4 year old!!! Then he heard me say morning and he asked "is it morning!?" I said yes!!! He jumped up so fast and ran into Maxs room screaming!!! Got to love our dark winter mornings!!! They ran downstairs and went straight to the cookies and freaked! "Santa really was here!!!! he drake the milk!!!" They tore thru their stockings then finally realized their presents under the tree Max held Gradys up and said "Grady you finally got your wish! you got your blue DS!!!!" Very proud moment!!!! Grady screamed thank you Santa !!! Max wasn't too sure about his spy gear but as the morning went on he realized it was really cool but still bummed out that Santa forgot his helicopter...........Well they were spoiled!!!!!!! Grama and Grampa came over so did Finn, Nora, Kim and Shawn we opened more presents wow we get spoiled!!! Then off to grampa Leos and grama Pinks for Brunch (see how much eating I do....) We were spoiled some more!!!! Home for a very quick rest and then got ready and went to Shanny and Eriks for Christmas supper (yep more eating!! If you are pregnant during Christmas are you aloud to gain extra weight???) We slept over at Shannys then got up and went for a skate then to eat some more..............we ran home and packed up and drove to the lake and ate, fished, watched movies, played lego, ate, roasted marsh mellows around the fire, ate, went for ski do rides and lots and lots of snuggles!!!! Now home to get ready for the New Year!!!
I had the greatest Christmas ever I had so much fun with our whole family my only regret is that I could only skype Cory and Bianca and not squeeze them!! I will make up for it in July! Bianca please come as soon as you are done school!!!! This is the first year that I haven't been so sad that Christmas went so fast because this year I have lots to get ready for!!!!!! Next Christmas will be AWESOME!!!! 3 beautiful baby boys all in matching Christmas pjs putting out cookies and milk for Santa honestly how could life get any better!!!! Yes I 100% think its a boy and will prove it to all of you on January 20th :)
